Membership
Membership is the most direct way to stand behind our fundraising mission year after year. The board is finalising the levels below; details are indicative until formally adopted.

Corporate membership
From 5,000 € per year
- Logo presence at agreed programmes and events
- Employee volunteering days
- Invitation to the German-American Friendship Gala
German association law caps annual membership fees for an e.V. at 1,440 €; contributions above that level are handled as donations or sponsorship.
An admission fee (Aufnahmegebühr) of around 50 € to cover administration is under discussion.
Membership, donation or sponsorship?
Membership
An ongoing relationship with rights and responsibilities under our statutes, including a vote at the general meeting.
Donation
A monetary or in-kind gift with no consideration in return. We issue a Spendenbescheinigung.
Sponsorship
A written contract exchanging financial or in-kind support for visibility and advertising. Invoiced, not receipted as a donation.
